(Attention, the actual product may be different from the photo.)AERONAL DISCS: for several years BERINGER® has been developing a range of very high performance floating brake discs. These discs combine all the important notions to ensure an efficient and constant braking in every circumstances.
20% SAVING OF WEIGHT due to narrow braking surfaces without holes. The hub is manufactured out of a highly perfomant aluminium alloy, used in the aeronautic industry.
LESS CONSTRAINTS: thanks to an exclusive offset system binding the hub and the braking surface which spreads to loads to the supporting areas, the constraint at this very place is divided by two, and the working life of the disc increases.
IMPROVED MANOEUVRABILITY:the gyroscopic inertia is appreciably reduced by the use of narrow braking surfaces and 6 floaters instead of 12, thereby improving the manoeuvrability of the bike.
Chose the rotor you want on your AERONAL disc:
In both cases, the rotor is CNC machined with heat treatment. The inner hub is CNC machined in aluminium. The discs are designed to mount directly on the wheel, without adapter plates.
Attention: the discs delivered in Supermoto and Hypersport kits have always cast iron rotors.
Beringer is multiple world champion in World Endurance and has quite a reputation in Supermoto and ATV competitions. Their cast iron and stainless steel brake discs have a unique look, which makes it also a popular brand in the streetfighter and café racer scene. Parts are usually only machined and anodized on specific demand, this is why the lead delivery time can be 2-3 weeks.
