Stainless Steel Disc Bolt GSXR Suzuki Disc Rotor Bolt. Great for replacing rusty originals! Manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel, these are a brighter and corrosion resistant version of the original bolts - they look stunning fitted to the bike! The dimensions of the bolts are as follows. 8mm thread diameter x 1.25mm thread pitch. 33mm length, 16mm head diameter with a 6mm Allen key size. Directly underneath the head is a shoulder which has an O/D of 10mm and also a length of 10mm. Please see below for silhouette. They can be torqued to manufacturers' original settings. Stainless Steel Disc Rotor Bolts – Bolt set to mount the disc rotor to the wheel. A replica of the OEM design but manufactured in superior quality grade 316 Stainless Steel. Machined with rolled threads, polished to a smooth mirror finish and highly resistant to corrosion these bolts make a great replacement for rusty originals. Compliments front axle nuts perfectly. Sets are available for Front and Rear discs for most models where fitment has been established. Please see fitting instructions provided for the relevant torque settings. Stainless Steel is also available in black, which not only looks great but has other benefits too.. This beautiful long lasting black finish results from an application of Diamond Like Carbon Coating (DLC) This gives supreme hardness and corrosion resistance provided by a nano composite coating, which increases the fastener lifetime dramatically and helps to prevent galling. By incorporating them right from the beginning, the overall system cost can be held level or may even be reduced. Please note that due to this special coating Black Stainless Steel is not identical to our Black Aluminium.
