Stainless Steel fairing bolt kit. All the bolts to replace original visible fasteners on side fairings, front mudguard, belly pan, seat unit and nose cone where applicable on standard models. Kits are easy to use, remove one bolt at a time, and replace with an identical length Pro-Bolt into your original backing clip. Where this is not possible we include appropriate nuts. However should you wish to replace any worn original receptacles they are available to order separately. Our Stainless Steel dome head fairing bolts are made from grade 316 which are polished to a high mirror finish and the best part is they will never rust, just fit and forget. Customise not compromise! You'll be amazed at the difference. Also included in the kit are pro -lube, anti -scratch washers and relevant Allen keys. Please note screen kits are sold separately. Prefer something a little more subtle? This kit is also available in Black Stainless Steel which not only looks great but has other benefits too.. This beautiful long lasting black finish results from an application of Diamond Like Carbon Coating (DLC) This gives supreme hardness and corrosion resistance provided by a nano composite coating, which increases the fastener lifetime dramatically and helps to prevent galling. By incorporating them right from the beginning, the overall system cost can be held level or may even be reduced. Please note that due to this special coating Black Stainless Steel is not identical to our Black Aluminium.

This will include (where applicable) - clutch covers - water pump housing - alternator cover - sprocket covers Manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel which offers fantastic corrosion resistance and durability. They are machined with rolled threads to give extra strength and polished to a smooth mirror finish. The perfect upgrade from rusty originals. Titanium Front Brake Caliper Mount Bolt Kit. To mount the front caliper to the fork leg. An area of the bike that quickly suffers from rust and corrosion. This kit offers better corrosion resistance and is 40 percent lighter than the original bolts. Can be torqued to the manufacturers original setting. Please note the colour finish on titanium is not identical to our Aluminium range. Black Titanium: Long lasting finish resulting from an application of Diamond Like Coating (DLC). This unique finish increases the fastener lifetime and helps to prevent galling whilst providing a supreme hardness and offering the optimum in corrosion resistance thanks to a nanocomposite coating.
Titanium Disc Rotor bolts. A must for any racer or those who simply wish to replace rusty originals! A replica of manufacturers original design but in superior quality material. Our Titanium 6Al -4V (grade 5) bolts are highly corrosion resistant, extremely light (40% weight saving!) and with rolled threads offers excellent strength and quality. Aluminium Quick Release/Clip 6 Allen Key 17mm Pack x 10 Pro-Bolt's own style anodised Aluminium 6mm quarter turn fastener. Used by Racers our Allen Key 1/4 turn fasteners are super lightweight and super quick to use. Length measured from under the head to the tip. Supplied here in packs of 10 with anti -scratch washers, steel 'Grippa' washers to prevent the fastener from dropping out when released, rivet on backing clips and rivets.
Titanium Top Bottom Triple Clamp Bolt Kit supplied in kit form. Bolts supplied will closely match the head design of original bolts. These are the fork to yoke clamp Bolts.
