Our Stainless Steel dome head fairing bolts are made from grade 316 which are polished to a high mirror finish and the best part is they will never rust, just fit and forget. This beautiful long lasting black finish results from an application of Diamond Like Carbon Coating (DLC) This gives supreme hardness and corrosion resistance provided by a nano composite coating, which increases the fastener lifetime dramatically and helps to prevent galling. By incorporating them right from the beginning, the overall system cost can be held level or may even be reduced. Please note that due to this special coating Black Stainless Steel is not identical to our Black Aluminium.

Our Race -Spec bolts are Pre -drilled on the flats not only for ease of lockwiring, but they look trick. Idea for use on engine casing bolts, bolting on plastics and other non -stress areas. with the Pro-Bolt name.

Aluminium Sprocket Nuts 12mm Pack x 6 Manufactured using Aerospace High Tensile Anodised Aluminium then fitted with a steel helicoil for additional strength. Supplied with fitment instructions which specify a lower torque setting of 33ft/lb or 44 Newton Metres. Nuts have a 19mm Socket Size. NB Nuts have a flange diameter of 24mm

New Black Titanium flanged hex heads! Supplied here in a long lasting finish resulting from an application of Diamond Like  Coating (DLC). This unique finish increases the fastener lifetime and helps to prevent galling whilst providing a supreme hardness and offering the optimum in corrosion resistance thanks to a nanocomposite coating. This head design integrates a washer to spread the load. Combine this with rolled threads and we have one tough but light weight titanium bolt. No wonder they are commonly found on British, World and GP Superbikes! Please note the colour finish on Titanium is not identical to our Aluminium range.
